This dual-core thermocouple is specially designed for plastic injection hot runners. Fixed flange enables easy mold installation, while red PTFE wires resist high temperature and adhesion. Two independent probes output dual temperature signals at the same time for redundant monitoring to accurately control nozzle and runner temperature. Slim stainless steel probe fits narrow mold cavities with anti-deformation and fast response. Individually protected, it will be exported to Germany by sea as reliable temperature measuring parts for local injection molding factories.
