2000 sets of our miniature K Type thermocouple connectors have successfully completed all inspection procedures. Composed of a high-temperature resistant white insulating shell, CH/AL conductive pins, screw crimp terminals and polarity markers, the dual fool-proof design of pin shape and markers prevents reverse polarity connection.
After injection molding, pin assembly, continuity test, and passing temperature resistance and accuracy inspection, these connectors will be used for quick connection between thermocouples and instruments in U.S. injection molding machines and hot runners, supporting efficient maintenance of temperature measurement systems.
