A batch order of 200pcs K-type thermocouples for a German chemical company is currently in orderly production. As of today, the core processes of wire cutting and preparation, temperature point welding, and protective casing assembly have been completed, and flange welding is underway.
With its excellent linearity and strong oxidation resistance, the K-type thermocouple can accurately meet the temperature monitoring needs of the chemical industry in high-temperature and corrosive environments. The workshop production follows EU standards throughout, with dedicated personnel inspecting each process to ensure product performance meets standards. Production is expected to be completed within 3 days and then move to the testing phase.
