Our company has undertaken an order for 200pcs Type E thermocouples from a South African food and beverage company. This batch of products is currently in the temperature sensing point welding process. Type E thermocouples feature high thermoelectric potential and sensitivity, allowing for precise capture of minute temperature changes in food and beverage production processes, and are suitable for temperature measurement in sterilization, fermentation, and other stages. Precision welding equipment is used during the welding process to ensure stable welding quality.
Sampling inspections are conducted after each batch of welding to promptly identify and address quality issues. Welding is expected to be completed within 5 days, after which the products will move to the next production stage.
