300PCS of our 2M flange-mounted K Type thermocouples have been produced and are ready to be shipped to Canada. Composed of a stainless steel flange probe, metal hose transition section, 2M metal braided shielded cable, and red-blue terminal blocks, the flange design ensures stable installation, and the metal braided cable resists electromagnetic interference.
After probe welding, flange assembly, cable length calibration, and accuracy testing, these thermocouples will be used for temperature monitoring of Canadian hot runner injection molds to ensure stable molding processes.
