500PCS of our washer-type Type K thermocouples dedicated to hot runner systems have been mass-produced and are ready to be shipped to Vietnam. Adopting metal washer base that can be directly fixed to hot runner nozzles or manifold plates with screws, equipped with high-temperature resistant metal braided wires, it features fast response and accurate temperature measurement, suitable for high temperature and high vibration working conditions of hot runner systems.
After probe encapsulation, wire welding, accuracy calibration, and passing high temperature and reliability tests, these thermocouples will be used for temperature monitoring in hot runner molds of Vietnamese injection molding enterprises, ensuring stable melt temperature, avoiding product defects and improving injection molding yield.
