Today, 5pcs samples of our assembled sheathed temperature sensors have been produced and are ready to be shipped to Germany. Adopting die-cast aluminum junction box (IP65 protection) with stainless steel sheathed probe and standard thread mount, it can be bent to adapt to complex installation spaces, effectively resisting industrial dust and moisture, featuring high temperature measurement accuracy and fast response.
After probe drawing, core encapsulation, junction box assembly and accuracy calibration, and passing reliability tests, these samples will be used for temperature testing in German industrial furnaces and pipelines, providing reliable performance verification for subsequent bulk orders.
