80pcs J-type thermocouples produced for an electronics assembly plant in Thailand have completed the anti-static packaging process. This batch of products is used for low-temperature testing after electronic component welding. The packaging uses a three-layer protection scheme of anti-static bags + cushioning foam + cardboard boxes to effectively prevent static electricity and vibration from affecting the products during transportation.
The packaging also includes a product certificate and test report, allowing the customer to directly use them for production line installation. They have now been shipped to Bangkok via international express.
