After five days of intensive production, the core welding process for the 2 sample K-type thermocouples ordered by a Vietnamese chemical company has been successfully completed. The welding process uses a protective atmosphere welding process, effectively avoiding the introduction of impurities and ensuring the stability and durability of the welded joints.
Each product undergoes welding quality inspection and resistance testing, with a 100% pass rate. The products have now moved to the insulation layer assembly and protective sleeve installation process.
