The WRNK-191 / 131 / 291 K Type Armored Mineral Insulated Thermocouple can measure temperatures between 0 and 1300 degrees Celsius. It is a high-performance temperature sensor that can handle tough industrial settings. This armored probe is flexible and can bend. It gives consistent and precise readings in high-temperature settings like kilns, furnaces, heat treatment processes, chemical processing, and more.
This product is made with high-quality mineral insulated (MI) design. It has compacted magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation inside a strong stainless steel or Inconel sheath. This makes it very strong, resistant to vibrations (up to 50G in similar MI constructions), protects against corrosion, and lasts a long time. The K Type (Nickel-Chromium/Nickel-Alumel) calibration has a wide range of operating temperatures, responds quickly to changes in temperature, and is very resistant to oxidation.
Some of the most important features are that you can change the probe's diameter (from 1mm to 8mm or more), length, sheath material, and termination options to make it work flawlessly with your setup.
