Scenario: Fixing little burrs or scratches
After repairing minor damage that merely has to be cleaned and ground, heat the system to production temperature and let it stabilise for 30 minutes. Once temperature accuracy has been confirmed, it may be used normally in an hour.
Scenario: Repair of embedded carbon deposits or localised deformation For mild damage that has to be reshaped using a diamond reamer, stabilise the thermal profile and make sure there is no signal drift after repair; it will be ready for regular usage in around 1.5 hours.
The scenario is to use bushing insertion to repair severe distortion.
When serious damage necessitates the insertion of a thin-walled bushing, the bushing is ready for regular use in two hours after press-fitting, thoroughly stabilising the thermal profile, and completing a thorough accuracy test.
In order to prevent injection moulding flaws caused by malfunctioning equipment, the system must be verified to have a temperature deviation of ≤±1°C and a steady signal (without variations) before being placed into official operation.
