I. Rapid and Immediate Verification
Time: A mere 5-10 minutes following the parameter adjustment.
Verification Actions: To verify that the filling synchronisation meets the standard, perform a single short shot, compare the filling length of each cavity, and gather the cavity pressure curve.
Judgement Criteria: The parameter optimisation can be preliminarily confirmed to be effective immediately if the filling length deviation of the original slow-filling cavity is ≤2% and the filling time difference is ≤0.03s.
II. Verification of Short-Term Product Consistency
Time: The continuous production of 20 moulds requires 20-30 minutes.
Verification Actions: Sampling and weighing, complete inspection of appearance, and confirmation that the coefficient of variation (CV) of product weight is ≤2% and there are no differential appearance defects.
Judgement Criteria: The short-term effect of parameter optimisation is affirmed to be stable if the product weight deviation is ≤1.5% and there are no defects, such as missing material or shrinkage marks.
III. Verification of Medium- and Short-Term Stability
Time: Continuous production for 1-2 hours, with a cumulative sampling of 50 moulds.
In order to evaluate redundancy, it is necessary to inspect critical dimensions and mechanical properties and simulate minor parameter fluctuations.
Judgement Criteria: The short-to-medium-term anti-slowness capability of parameter optimisation is confirmed by the synchronisation of filling under small parameter fluctuations; dimensional deviations are controlled within 1/3 of the tolerance zone.
IV. Verification of Long-Term Mass Production Reliability
Time Consumption: Maintain a cumulative production of ≥100,000 modules by continuously monitoring three production batches.
Verification Actions: Conduct a statistical analysis of the full-cycle filling data and the trends in the defect rate.
Judgement Criteria: The proportion of defective products caused by the original slow filling is zero, confirming that parameter optimisation is effective in the long term and entirely prevents the recurrence of failures. Additionally, there is no filling speed drift or decline.
