I. Basic Preparation Phase Time

Equipment Warm-up and Self-Test: 30 minutes. Allows the internal crystal oscillator and analog circuits to reach thermal stability and completes the overall hardware self-test.

Calibration Tool Connection and Reference Equipment Warm-up: 15 minutes. Completes the wiring and warm-up of the process calibrator, oscilloscope, and frequency counter.

II. Core Calibration Phase Time

Frequency Reference Calibration: 20 minutes. Covers typical calibration points across the entire frequency range, completing the frequency correction factor adjustment.

Output Amplitude and Waveform Distortion Calibration: 30 minutes. Completes full-range amplitude calibration and waveform distortion optimization.

Thermal Signal Specific Calibration: 40 minutes. Completes the accuracy calibration of the full-range analog signals of thermocouples and RTDs.

Multi-channel Synchronous Calibration: Approximately 10 minutes per channel; the more channels, the longer the time. A typical 4-channel device takes approximately 30 minutes.

III. Verification and Consolidation Phase Time

Full-range Accuracy Re-verification: 20 minutes. Randomly selects 10 calibration points to complete the accuracy verification.

Stability verification: 30 minutes of continuous operation to collect data and confirm no drift.

Parameter saving and archiving: 10 minutes to save calibration parameters and generate calibration records.

For rapid local calibration targeting only synchronization deviation, the full-range thermal signal calibration step can be skipped, reducing the total time to 40-60 minutes, meeting the needs of rapid production line recovery.
