I. Pre-installation Hardware and Data Integration Preparation

Interface Adapter Selection: Select industrial communication gateways from brands such as Phoenix Contact and Siemens, matching the digital interface model of the Husky temperature controller, and completing Modbus/PROFINET protocol conversion.

Data Acquisition Point Configuration: Add dedicated RC parameter acquisition nodes to the MES system to collect four core data types from the temperature controller in real time: RC capacitance, filter cutoff frequency, temperature fluctuation amplitude, and runtime.

Communication Link Verification: Confirm that the electromagnetic isolation measures for the temperature sensing line and power supply line are in place to avoid data corruption and packet loss, ensuring a stable connection success rate of over 99.5%.

 

II. MES System Automatic Trigger Rule Configuration

Fixed Periodic Trigger Rules: Preset benchmark calibration cycles in the MES system according to different injection molding processes. Upon expiration, automatically generate an RC calibration work order and push it to the maintenance personnel's mobile device.

Dynamic Drift Trigger Rule: When the MES system detects an RC capacitance deviation ≥5% from the reference value or a temperature fluctuation ≥±1℃, it immediately triggers an emergency calibration task and simultaneously locks the production access of the corresponding machine.

Operating Condition Change Trigger Rule: When the MES system collects event tags such as new enhanced interference sources in the workshop or hot runner maintenance completion, it automatically triggers an RC calibration task to adapt to the new on-site operating conditions.

 

III. Task Closed-Loop and Data Linkage Process

Automatic Task Dispatch: After generating a calibration task, the MES system automatically pushes the corresponding machine's RC reference parameter file, calibration tool list, and operation procedure guide.

Automatic Calibration Result Verification: After completing calibration, maintenance personnel upload the measured data to the MES system. The system automatically compares the calibration results to see if they meet the standards; if not, a second calibration task is triggered.

Periodic Dynamic Self-Optimization: Based on historical calibration data, the MES system automatically analyzes the RC parameter drift patterns of different machines and dynamically adjusts subsequent calibration cycles, further reducing unnecessary maintenance costs.

 

IV. Troubleshooting Solutions for Common Interconnection Faults

When data corruption occurs, first check the baud rate and station number configuration of the communication gateway, and refresh the register mapping relationship.

When task triggering is delayed, check the task scheduling queue of the MES system, clean up redundant historical expired tasks, and release system computing resources.
