Verify Full-Range Accuracy: Re-measure the output values at 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the full range using a reference calibrator. There should be no out-of-tolerance spots and the output variation at all ranges should be below the nominal accuracy of the device.

Thermal Signal Specific Verification: Pt100 RTD analogue output deviation < ±0.01Ω and thermocouple millivolt analogue output deviation ≤ ±1μV fully satisfy the hot runner temperature control calibration standards.

There is no zero-point offset rebound and the zero-point output variation is less than 0.01% of the range.

Stability Verification: Run the apparatus continuously for an hour after calibration, gathering output data every fifteen minutes at critical calibration points. Within an hour, there should be no persistent drift and the drift should be less than 0.03% of the range.

There shouldn't be any signal irregularities brought on by mechanical stress or erratic jumps in the output signal due to slight vibration of the equipment casing.

Production Line Integration Compatibility Assessment: The system simulates thermal signals from 0°C to 400°C across all channels by interacting with the hot runner temperature management system. On all temperature control channels, there are no signal leaps or communication disruptions, and the discrepancy between the displayed values and the signal generator output values is ≤±1℃.

After load testing, the signal deviation stays within allowable bounds, simulating real hot runner production under load, and there are no problems with erroneous load performance.

Compliance Assessment: The non-volatile memory of the device has successfully received the calibration values. After a gentle restart, the calibration effect is maintained and the calibration parameters are not lost.

Industrial metrology compliance requirements are addressed by the traceability of all calibration data and the complete archiving of the generated calibration records.

The hot runner signal generator has been properly calibrated and can be formally used on the hot runner production line if all of the aforementioned evaluation requirements are satisfied.
