I. Basic Hardware Parameter Verification

Actual RC Capacitance Deviation: Use a high-precision digital multimeter to measure the actual capacitance value of the locked RC network, confirming a deviation ≤5% from the calibration reference value.

Filter Cutoff Frequency Verification: Use a standard signal generator to input sinusoidal test signals of different frequencies, measuring the actual filter cutoff frequency with a deviation ≤10% from the set value.

Interference Attenuation Verification: For the main frequency interference signal in the workshop, measure the attenuation amplitude after filtering ≥20dB, meeting the anti-interference requirements.

II. Dynamic Signal Performance Verification

Temperature Measurement Delay Test: Rapidly change the thermocouple junction temperature and record the delay time for the temperature signal to be transmitted to the temperature controller, confirming ≤200ms.

Signal Ripple Test: Observe the filtered output temperature measurement signal with an oscilloscope, confirming a ripple peak-to-peak value ≤10mV and no abnormal noise.

Temperature Stability Test: Run continuously under no-load for 2 hours, confirming that the temperature reading fluctuates irregularly with an amplitude ≤±0.5℃ and no drift phenomenon.

III. Actual Production Condition Verification

Heating Curve Verification: Start the hot runner heating process and confirm that there is no significant overshoot during the heating process (overshoot ≤ 3℃) and no oscillation.

Full Load Interference Verification: Turn on all high-power injection molding machines and frequency converters around the workshop to simulate the maximum interference condition and confirm that there are no temperature jumps.

Process Adaptability Verification: Conduct continuous production for 8 hours and confirm that the product yield is stable, with no defects such as insufficient glue, flash, or stress marks caused by abnormal temperature sampling.

IV. Long-Term Stability Closed-Loop Verification

Lockout Status Verification: After 72 hours of continuous operation, confirm that the temperature controller status bar still displays the "RC Hardware Lock" indicator, and there are no records of automatic parameter reset.

Data Archiving: Enter all verification data into the process file as the benchmark for dynamic adjustments in subsequent calibration cycles.
