I. Core Basic Measurement Tools

High-precision digital multimeter: Accuracy ≥ 6.5 digits. Used to directly measure the actual resistance and capacitance values of the RC network, confirming a deviation of ≤ 5% from the calibration reference value.

Dual-channel digital oscilloscope: Bandwidth ≥ 100MHz. Used to observe the waveforms of the temperature measurement signal before and after filtering, measuring the peak-to-peak value of the signal ripple and the delay time.

Standard signal generator: Supports outputting 0~10V sine/analog temperature signals. Used to input test signals of different frequencies, measuring the filter cutoff frequency.

II. Hot runner process supporting tools

High-precision temperature monitoring instrument: Accuracy class 0.1. Used to synchronously collect the actual temperature at various points in the hot runner and compare the deviation of the temperature controller reading.

K-type thermocouple standard probe: CNAS calibrated, serving as a reference for temperature measurement to ensure accurate temperature data traceability. Electromagnetic Interference Analyzer: Used for on-site measurement of the main frequency of interference in the workshop, verifying that the attenuation of the target interference by the locked RC parameters is ≥20dB.

III. Auxiliary Safety and Maintenance Tools

Anti-static Wristband: Prevents electrostatic discharge from damaging the precision electronic components of the RC network during operation.

Lock-type DIP Switch Debugging Tool: Used to confirm that the physical latching status of the hardware is normal and there are no loose connections.

MES System Data Export Tool: Used to export the temperature controller's temperature operation log for 2 consecutive hours to verify long-term temperature stability.
