Calibration can unify the temperature benchmark of all cavities of multi-cavity molds, eliminate thermal balance deviation caused by individual thermocouple drift, and ensure consistent weight, size and mechanical properties of each batch of automotive parts.
In addition, regular calibration can screen out early aging and hidden damaged thermocouples in advance, arrange planned replacement before fault occurrence, avoid sudden failure shutdown affecting production delivery and automobile parts supply cycle.
