Core Calibration Measurement Equipment:
Handheld Thermocouple Calibrator: Measures and outputs a variety of thermocouple signals, including J/K/T/E, with an accuracy of no less than 0.02%. It can directly compare the temperature measurement error of Husky thermostats and is the primary tool for on-site calibration.
Second-Class Standard Thermocouple: Used for temperature comparisons. Use a high-precision temperature measurement instrument to determine the actual temperature at the calibration point in the hot runner, ensuring calibration traceability.
Digital Multimeter: Measures thermocouple circuit resistance and insulation resistance, as well as checks for wiring issues including weak connections and short circuits.
Auxiliary tools:
Constant Temperature Bath/Dry Block Furnace: Ensures a reliable standard constant temperature environment for multi-point thermocouple calibration, with temperature changes of ≤0.2℃/min.
Multipoint Switch: With a parasitic potential of no more than 1μV, it allows for quick switching between standard thermocouples and the calibrated thermocouple, resulting in improved calibration efficiency.
The accompanying tool kit contains an Allen wrench, a high-temperature insulating sleeve, signal shielded cable, and terminal blocks for thermocouple assembly, disassembly, wiring, and debugging.
High-temperature resistant work gloves are provided to prevent burns from hot runner temperatures, as well as insulated electrician's shoes to reduce the risk of electric shock during electrical operations.
Anti-static wrist straps minimise electrostatic harm to the Husky temperature controller's precise electronic modules.
This tool kit completely meets the compliance standards for Husky temperature controller thermocouple calibration, with traceable calibration results, and is ideal for use in industrial hot running applications.
